Finally, finally blogging about MBP’s 1st ever Halloween Party! Yay!

I’ve been a member of MBP for quite some time now and I’m really loving the group. Everyone’s just so nice and very helpful. I love that I was able to read other mummy blogs and learn from them. So when Mummy Lanie, the heart of MBP, suggested a Halloween Party so we could meet our fellow mummy bloggers, I immediately signed up.

The #FabSkye and I went with Mama Chubby because the ReigningTatay is busy with school that day. The party’s at Fun Ranch Ortigas, kinda far from where we live pero gora padin.

Sad that no Uber car’s avail that time so we have no choice but to take a cab. Wala kaming driver eh. :) The thing is, we had a minor accident on our way there and we have no choice but to transfer cabs. Walang ano-ano sinabihan kami ng driver na lumipat na ng cab. Naku! It was crazy. We have a stroller and a baby and our huge baby bag with us. Hindi naman kami kalakihan ng kapatid ko so ang hirap talaga. See LTFRB?!! We need Uber in our lives!!! Hehe, maisingit lang.

Anyway, our very hard working mummy blogger committees are already at the registration area when we arrived efficiently manning it. We we’re given our stubs and loot bags – super heavy, full to the brim loot bags. Umpisa palang parang pasko na!

The event was fun. It was the #FabSkye’s first ever Halloween Party so we were all so excited. Actually, the event feels more like a Christmas Party. Look at how pretty dressed up the venue is…

So festive! We we’re packed to the brim – mums, dads, friends and lots of kids in pretty costumes! Pero hindi mainit! Good job Fun Ranch!

Everyone’s having a blast. The kids are running everywhere and the mums were making chicka while eyeing their kids. Mama Chubby, #FabSkye and I are all enjoying as well. There are production numbers, raffles and a cooking demo. Sayang wala si ReigningTatay, inuwi nalang namin yung recipe. Harhar! You must know that I am not that gifted with cooking skills, si Tatay na yun.

Plus there are loads of booths on the event! Free food tasting c/o Jolly, Dona Elena Al Dente, Good Life and Jolly Cow. There’s also a popcorn booth, a pancake booth (no picture), Lemon Square booth, Sans Fluo and the free BMI check up – which by the way told me that I am overweight. Hindi na ko nagtaka.

Hindi naman ako na-inform na pwede na palang mag-grocery dito. This cabinet looks like our pantry! Halos lahat ng items sa aking grocery list andito.

Here are the raffle prizes. Gravity sa dami. Kaso hindi ako nanalo. Hehehe!

But still we went home with all of this…

Sabi sa inyo parang PASKO eh. And that’s just SOME of the loots we went home with. Madami pa! Hindi ko nalang na-picturean. Either my family devours on them the moment we stepped inside the house or I can’t find it anymore – tinabi na nila at inaring kanila. Hehehe!

But more than the loots, the best part of the party is meeting fellow mummy bloggers. Of course you all know Cheryl (left) of Ma.Me.Mi.Mommy, I met her at the Unilab event. And then here’s Paulline (right) of Mila Stole My Heart. Her baby’s name is Mila Alessandra. It’s like the combination of the 2 most important women in my life – Mila and Skye Alessandre.

Mummies pasensya na kayo sa picture ah! Lumabo ba mata nyo? Hahahaha! Mama Chubby should also take a photography lesson pronto! Hay naku.

The #FabSkye is so fascinated with all the rides at Fun Ranch. Though we were not able to use her ride all you ticket yet. Coz it’s kinda late already and our bags are too full and heavy.

Overall it was F-U-N! The baby slept almost the entire time so I was able to roam around and talk to other mums. I am very sure there’d be a next time so I’m looking forward to it.
