Review: Salt Facial Therapy (Yakson House)

One of the facial therapies I had at Yakson House Makati is the Salt Facial Therapy.

Basically this therapy is for people with oily skin to avoid excessive oil build ups on the face. Or soon to be brides. I'm sure that the Philippine Wedding Planners would agree here.

This therapy is done by gently massaging the entire face and neck with salt like a facial scrub. Then putting on a mask made with saline solution.

I must say this really does helped in making sure that the face is not oily.

But I have to warn you guys with really dry skin like me. You'd probably have to say pass on this one because after the therapy, I felt that my skin feels dryer than usual. Though nothing that a dollop of moisturizer can't cure.

Though for you guys with really oily skin, this is highly recommended. The oiliness of my face was really managed by just 1 session.

I also loved the gentle scrubbing of the salt on my face. It feels really fresh and clean.

So if you ever get the Yakson House Face Resizing Care Program, it is best to let the therapist know your skin type so they would know the perfect therapies for you.
